Ranjith has over 25 years of experience driving EBITDA improvement, cost structure optimization, turnarounds, and M&A integration across industrials, manufacturing, and service-heavy sectors. In his prior consulting career, he worked alongside client management teams to deliver EBITDA and cash flow improvements. Most recently he served as a Partner at Oliver Wyman, and prior to that held leadership positions in other consulting firms managing transformations, turnarounds, and integration programs in industrial, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors.

Ranjith holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honors) from University of Calicut in India. He is CPIM certified and completed Executive Education programs in AI and Digital Strategy from Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
