Nick has several years of experience in the areas of operational improvement, financial analysis, due diligence, and value creation. At IOP, he works with the management teams of IOP’s portfolio companies and with the firm’s Operating Principals to implement key operational and financial initiatives.

Before joining IOP, Nick was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity Value Creation Group at Strategy& (part of the PwC Network), where he worked closely with private equity investors and operating partners to execute due diligence and develop value creation strategies, identifying significant opportunities for operational cost savings.

Prior to his work with Strategy&, Nick worked at Illinois Tool Works (ITW), where he started as an Engineer at a fastener manufacturing plant before being promoted to manage a key automotive OEM sales account.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
