Kristin is an Associate at IOP, responsible for deal sourcing and execution as well as managing portfolio investments.

Prior to joining IOP, Kristin last served as an Associate in the Global Industrials Group at Citigroup Global Markets, where she focused on a variety of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and debt and equity financings.

Kristin holds a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama, with majors in Economics, Finance and Spanish.
