Michael has over a decade of experience in the realms of financial planning & analysis, process improvement, working capital management, and M&A due diligence. At IOP, he works with the management teams of IOP’s portfolio companies, the firm’s Operating Principals, and other members of the Operations team to implement key operational and financial initiatives.

Prior to joining IOP, Michael served as a Director at Beckway, which performs consulting services for middle market private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Previously, he spent 5 years in a variety of roles at Accenture.

Michael holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
