Mr. Oleshansky is a Vice President at IOP. He currently serves as an observer to the Boards of Directors of Algoma Holding Company and FAS Controls Holdings Inc.
Prior to joining IOP, Mr. Oleshansky served as an Associate at Equity Group Investments, LLC, a private investment firm owned and led by financier Samuel Zell, where he helped execute an opportunistic private equity and distressed debt investment strategy across a broad spectrum of middle-market companies. Previously, he worked as an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch & Co. specializing in mid- and large-cap industrial companies. Mr. Oleshansky earned his MBA degree from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with High Honors, and graduated from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) Magna Cum Laude with a BS degree in Business Administration.
