Mr. Hering is a Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of IOP.
Mr. Hering has approximately ten years of experience as a private equity investor and Chief Financial Officer as well as prior experience within the accounting field. At IOP, he is responsible for deal sourcing and execution, as well as managing portfolio investments. Additionally, Mr. Hering oversees all aspects of fund administration for IOP. He currently serves as an observer to the Board of Directors of Center Manufacturing, Inc. and Gulf Coast Machine & Supply Company.
Prior to joining IOP, Mr. Hering was a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of a Chicago, IL based private equity firm focused on investing in middle-market companies. Mr. Hering holds a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University, a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a CPA.
