David Dorfman

Mr. Dorfman is an Associate of IOP.

A recent addition to the IOP team, Mr. Dorfman has three years of transaction experience as an investment banking advisor. At IOP, he is responsible for transaction execution and supporting portfolio investments.

Prior to joining IOP, Mr. Dorfman served as an Analyst at Harris Williams & Co., focusing on middle-market mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he worked as an investment banker in National City Capital Markets’ Investment Banking Group. Mr. Dorfman earned his BBA degree from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
