Mr. Willis is a Vice President of IOP.
Mr. Willis has eight years of experience as a private equity investor and as an investment banking advisor. At IOP, he is responsible for deal sourcing and execution, as well as managing portfolio investments.
Prior to joining IOP, Mr. Willis served as a Vice President at Mid Oaks Investments, LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on investing in middle-market manufacturing companies. Previously, he worked as an investment banker with Robert W. Baird and Cleary Gull. Mr. Willis began his career in the Assurance and Advisory Services practice of Deloitte & Touch. Mr. Willis holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa, a MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and is a CPA.
